Cook delicious tuna noodles for the whole family without spending much time!
Ingredients: (2 persons)
– Tuna bones
– Fish sauce, pepper
– 50g ginger, shredded
– 3 tomatoes
– 150g tuna meat, sliced into pieces nearly 1cm thick
– cooking oil
– 350-400g vermicelli noodles

How to do it:
Put the fish bones in a big pot, add a little fish, pepper, ginger, and cook on the stove until the bones smell good. Cut 2 tomatoes together with the fish bones, add twice as much water as the bones and simmer until the bones are cooked and soft. The remaining 1 tomato is sliced into areca citrus.
Heat cooking oil on a pan, put the fish slices in a 2-sided hunting fry. Take it out to set aside.
Drop the noodles in boiling water if needed. Divide the noodles into a bowl. Arrange tomatoes, fish pieces, finely chopped onions on top.
When the broth is reached, add seasonings to taste, pour water into the noodles.
